A team of TOHKAMAK special agents accompanied the famous “Die Slaughterhaüs” inhabitants Black Lips during a stretch of their recent euro tour, what will follow is a short overview of the events.
It all started with Alberto’s van that broke down in some alpine valley, the kids had to take a cab and leave their instrumentation behind, so in Inzbrooke at the CHOKE media empire show they played on the instruments of The Delicious Deadly Octopus, both bands shows were a total blast and the Gimp’s record release partee came to good end. The Brown and Joe even did a jam with an old alcoholic screaming Bullen, Scheisse, Arschloch on top of his lungs for about 10 minutes. After the van got fixed the Black Lips played two more shows on the continent, one in Switzerland and one in some bar in Verona before departing as stowaways on a ship to Sardinia, they crossed the island in their van and evetually arrived at Marina di Arbus where Kidand as well as Pedruzzo were eagerly awaiting them at their “Just Out Of Business” beach bar and the local beat complesso “The Rippers” was already getting ready to kick off with a rampant show on the beach. After The Rippers had finished tuning the Black Lips’ guitars they intoned their traditional folk songs. The crowd went completely nuts, the Black Lips were so tight that Jared wanted to call it quits after about a dozen songs but ended up playing about 10 more songs in 4 encores before it was all over.
BTW if that crazy Kyuss maniac from Sarroch that was freaking out on stage, falling around all over the place, grilling him self on the red hot coals of the BBQ and spilling his beer on him is reading this, or someone that knows him, it would be cool if he could contact us since we have a present for him, being he the winner of the nut case of the night award.
the Black Lips were in the same kind of mood, Cole once more had offered a demonstration of his incontinence and gave it a taste too, complimented with handshakes by two girls beside him. After the show they were cought in the usual debauchery and boulder throwing whilst shaking to the cramps radio together with the spectators of this epic event, but more was to come.

The morning after the drunken night, they went on an extended trip and Joe was even concerned about being thrown off the spinning planet. Right in front of the house that hosted their short alcohol recovery the first small waves of a swell were rolling in and so it was surfing time for the Black Lips under Theg’s guidance. In the meantime The Rippers had finished the roasted pig that was served in the dining room, Cole managed to eat some bits of the pork’s gums but not much more. In the evening 170 took them to the dunes at Piscinas where they almost got lost in darkness with him, they got back just in time to burn a few down before the banquet, consisting of roasted lamb grilled octopus, squid and vegetables and spicy salad. After a good dose of booze they where all ready to leave the island again and head to Venice for yet another show this time with the fabulous Mojomatics
