2004/12/10 sorry folks, the show for tomorrow, saturday the 11th of December in Merano with "The Max Schreck" has been CANCELLED!!!

the officail version is that there have been some problems on the organization level, somewhere between the Town Council and the Jungle burocracy has striked again... though the unoffical version actually has it that John Titor dropped by and took some of the Octopus' altar boys on a trip with him... apparently he said, he'll bring 'em back before next friday, just in time for the gig at the Moskito (BZ) ...who knows perhaps we'll see him go bzzz bzzz bzzz down there

2004/12/09 here you go... numeber two in this series will be held at the Jungle (vicino alla stazione dove c'è lo sk8, woascheh) in Meran. It is now official The Max Shreck will play too. here is the poster for this thrilling event, click on it for a more detailed view... we eventually found out who the two newly acquired minstrels of the Delicious Deadly Octopus are. on cheesy organ and bambino bontempi we have the creature that produced their recent record "Invasion From Planet Octopus": Nick Thirteenfingers and the eerie  fella on the pink Double Bass is : Chrissyboy The Ripper

2004/12/08 alright so the first instalment of this "trinity behind the 7 mountains" has been brought to an end. It was a fun show although the audience was a lil cold. in homage to the mighty krampus, all present octopussians where sporting a special makeup. The guest vocals this time brought some "Blitzkrieg Pomino" and the encore was a rendition of  the eye of the tiger. Gino E Vanelli recorded the show and we are hence able to serve up two MP3 files here.

2004/11/30 yet another couple of TDDO live dates for the month of december:  friday 17 get packed as in a tin can at the Moskito (BZ) with them buzzin' in the cellar... 

saturday 11 they're at JUNGLE-MERANo  o o o... most probably with the eerie garage rock outfit that the maxschreck is...  and as you should already know since we've posted it like two weeks ago, the next show is at the in famous TURBO juze in Ora/Auer (BZ) on tuesday the 7th of december   and yes you're right, for non of those shows you'd have to leave the provincia automa di bolzano    ...duh! what else... we've been at the choke media empire gig in IBK last friday. Jimmy bought quite a bit of vinyl from the www.platenworm.nl there and got stabbed by the crazy singer of the staggers...

2004/11/19 next show not at the royal albert hall in London but at the worlds famous TURBO juze JOY in Ora/Auer (BZ) on tuesday the 7th of december

2004/11/15 here's the news folks, on saturday November 19  Jimmy will spin some records at the Moskito (BZ) so try to make it there if you can. Now to the last show, sad to tell you we got a little late, so we can't really tell you what it was like. All we know is that the show ended with a feed back orgy, that we got to hear. Also we saw Pido, the hormonas guitarist sing a ramones song together with Jimmy and there really was someone playing a pink bass on a couple of songs also the cheesy organ sound was featured. here are some pictures from the back of the venue, they were playing their last song as mr.T got there, so that's al we have...

2004/11/09 Jimmy and Johnny will perform live for the first time after ages, with a third yet mysterious octoapuz on upright bass. On saturday November 13 at Papperlapapp in Bauzanum together with some psychocats called "gli hormonas" and "rival skulls" who do a misfits sort of thang. BTW there is some talk that TDDO recently played a few songs at the local irish pub, but word has it that the owner loathed them and only got reconciled with leroy's and gatto's '80s discs, go figure...

2004/09/27 we are very honored to inform you that this site has now personal approval from Jimmy Skulls, and he also will soon bestow some exclusive material on us wich we will without any doubt forward to you through the "deliziosen tribute site" you are currently viewing.
We also have the pleasure to inform you that star-director Yomo Kurosawa is preparing to finish his movie on the octopus matter, we have seen some excerpts and can assure you that it will be quite an epic.
Cosidering all this craze, we are trying to put up a full biography and discography of TDDO. But please be patient on that with us, considering that "The Delicious Deadly Octopussy" has been around for quite a bit now, this will take us a lot of resaerch in the history books of Rock N' Roll. BTW If someone out there owns a copy of their 1957 show in Moscow "There's Life Behind The Iron Curtain" we would be very intrested in buying it. At any price, so don't hesitate to e-mail us!

2004/09/22 ok, so we've been at the "GROOVIE GHOULIES"  show brought to you by the indefatigable CHOKE MEDIA EMPIRE. And we got pretty hammered too... before the "Ghoulies" went on stage there's been an attempted "invasion form planet oktopuss" featuring star-director Yomo on kazoo and vocals on the two (sorta) cover versions they did that nite ("die die my darling" and something like "hey ho let's go") The spirit of GG Allin must have slipped intoMr. Skulls' poor soul as he clearly tryed to fuck someone with the microphone and after not succeding he tryed to penetrate him self, didn't work... but at least his deep throat got to swallow the mic. Apart from that, one has to notice that the two WOP memebers of "er deliziosen tödlick ok2puss" Johnny and Jimy, weren't completely wasted, as their shtick would normally command, since we've seen them sk8ing and driving after the show, or could that perhaps have been some drunk driving? The "Ghoulies" were pretty dam tight, wish we could tell you more 'bout them but the effects of a night of debauchery were already quite evident by the time they were playing. Tiberius took some snaps though, so here ther's some of them. We'll put up the complete series of photos on pix.guitarsgalore.net as soon as we get our crap together, ok?
