Studio in the heart of ancient Rome - few steps to St. Peter's, Castel S. Angelo, piazza Navona

The property is a comfortable studio (about 30 square meters) located on the right bank of the Tiber, in a quiet and picturesque alley climbing the Gianicolo hill, well known for its wonderful view of Rome.

The area is peaceful and at walking distance from St. Peter's, Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona.

On the same bank, St. Peter's and Castel Sant'Angelo are actually few hundred meters away.

If you cross the river you are in "via Giulia" or "via dei Coronari" streets, celebrated for their antique shops and fine arts exihibitions, and where you run across some of the most important monuments of the Reinassance.

From there you reach in few minutes all the most valuable spots of the Historic Centre of Rome.

The studio is located at the ground floor of an ancient building and is composed of:
- room with king sized sofa bed and wardrobe
- fully equipped kitchen
- bathroom with shower

The Area: Few steps beyond the studio you can have a look,from the Gianicolo hill, to a beautiful sight of Rome.

The property will be ready for occupancy at 14:00 (2:00PM) at the beginning date of the lease and must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the ending date of the lease.

by Taxi

From Fiumicino Airport: fixed rate Euro 40,00 up four pax including luggage
From Ciampino Airport: fixed rate Euro 30,00 up four pax including luggage

by Trains/Busses

From Fiumicino Airport:
- take the "Leonardo Express" train to Roma Termini Railway Station.
  - Schedule: every 30 min from 6.37 am to 11:37 pm trip time : 31 minutes -- cost: Euro 11.00)
- from the square outside Roma Termini take the bus number 40 -- cost: 1,00 Euro
- get off at "Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II°" ( end of "Corso Vittorio Emanuele II°")
- walk through "via Acciaioli" and cross the bridge "Ponte Amedeo Aosta"
- take "via del Gianicolo" (climbs to the left of the tunnel) and after 30 mt. turn left onto the steps.
- you are in Salita di S. Onofrio; the studio is at #14, less tha 50 meters from the stairs. -

Public Transport

The following main bus lines stop within 200 mt. from the studio:
40 - express (makes only few stops) Termini Railway station - piazza Pia (via della Conciliazione - close to St. Peter's).
64 - regular (makes more stops) Termini Railway station <--> St. Peter's.
23 - Basilica S. Paolo - Piramide Cestia -
