Monte Generoso is for sure the most beautiful mountain closer to my home, and
probably from its top you can get one of the best skyline view over Alps, in
particular in Winter.
The Observatory on the top is owned by the Ferrovia MonteGeneroso SA that owns
the hotel "La Vetta" on the top and the railway to go there.
