How do you initiate a project with me?

A larger project is often defined by:

1. An initial meeting giving you the opportunity to specify your needs

2. An outline of the actual projects with time lines in agreement with you

3. The initiation of the project according to agreement

Smaller project can be defined through a teleconference or an email.

My consulting fee is billed to you per initiated hour. For each task you will be informed about estimated time needed by me.

Individual Coaching is typically set up as a weekly telephone conference where you will be able to discuss matters of relevance for your job.
