PaperBase is a simple and portable application with built-in SQLite engine that permit to collect and manage data for large papermodels collections.

The PaperBase database default fileds are (for this first release):
Grid (list) columns:
Category (1st sort order by default)
Sub Category (2nd sort order by default)
Publisher (3th sort order by default)
Home site (of publisher)
Type (file, paper, etc..)
Original (original, backup, both)
Release (full, no cover, partial)
Condition (if item on paper)
Quality (if item on file)
File format (if item on file)
Position (model storage location, e.g. DVD N.23, CD N.xx, etc.)
Built (yes, no, partial)
Item-No. (personal item number or items counter)
Separate big fields:
Note (or description)
Image (preview picture)
I am currently creating the default paper models (sub)category lists for dropdown menus.
In alphabetical order are:
Church & Cathedrals
Lighthouse & Harbour
Airships & Baloons
Play & Entertainment
Shipping & Navy
Techique & Science
Trucks & Machines
Any suggestions, ideas or missing items?
- All subcategories can be assigned to categories (e.g. Aviations:Dioramas or Shipping & Navy:Role Games, etc...)
- PaperBase is a generic Paper Models database (not specialized to one category) then I try to include all paper models variants.
