Olgiata
is the most exclusive residential compound of Italy. Located 20 km north of
Rome, linked to downtown with the subway (Rome center is forbidden to prived
cars), 30 minutes far from the seaside, strategically situated to visit all
the archeological etruscan sites and famous Viterbo's
thermal baths, protected by a round the clock prived surveillance service,
it owns, inside it's 630 ha surface, a 18 + 9 holes Golf
Club, a horse club and a Country Club with a 50X33mt swimming pool and
tennis courts. In the heart of this island of peace and security, near and
far at one time from the joyful confusion of Rome, the dependance of Villa
Alexandra-Sofia (85 sq mt) is available for rent. Near to the main building
where the owner's family lives, in the middle of a prived park of 13.000 sq
mt., elegantly furnished, the dépendance of Villa Alexandra-Sofia offers to
it's guests a living room with fireplace, free internet connection and a large
kitchen corner, a loft, a bathroom, a multipurpose small service room, a sleeping
masterbedroom. 5 persons can be accomodated: two in the masterbedroom, two
in a transformable sofa inside the living room and one on the loft. Dogs and
cats cannot be accepted. Outside, a prived garden with a gazebo is available.
The owner and his family speak english, russian and french. They are glad
to help their guests in all possible way to make the stay as much comfortable
as possible. If previousely requested, the renting of a car for the whole
period of stay and the airport welcome service, through the same car, can
be arranged.
