La conferenza si svolgerā dal giorno 8 ottobre al giorno 2 novembre 2007 a Ginevra in Svizzera

L'agenda riguarderā per quello di nostro immediato interesse:

- la proposta di una assegnazione in secondario su base mondiale di un segmento in onde lunghissime, che ha come base di partenza da 135.7 kHz a 137.8 kHz, identico a quanto assegnato in Europa.

- La richiesta da parte della IARU regione 1 di inserire una assegnazione comune in banda 50 MHz in tutta la regione 1 e possibilmente su tutto il mondo.

- La richiesta di eliminare il nome dei paesi dalle note

Per quanto riguarda questo punto l'Italia ha le seguenti note, di cui solo 4 interessano il servizio di radioamatore

 

5.098  1810-1830 kHz,  Alternative allocation: in ..., Italy, ... the band 1 810-1 830 kHz is allocated to the fixed and mobile, except aeronautical mobile, services on a primary basis.

 

5.162A   46-68 MHz, Additional allocation: in ... Italy, ...  the band 46-68 MHz is also allocated to the radiolocation service on a secondary basis. This use is limited to the operation of wind profiler radars in accordance with Resolution 217 (WRC-97).

 

5.164  47-68 MHz, Additional allocation: in ...  Italy, ...  the band 47 - 68 MHz, ...  are also allocated to the land mobile service on a primary basis. However, stations of the land mobile service in the countries mentioned in connection with each band referred to in this footnote shall not cause harmful interference to, or claim protection from, existing or planned broadcasting stations of countries other than those mentioned in connection with the band.
