Diving courses presentation
The Association organizes courses for every level, from beginners
to experts. The courses consist of
theoretical and practical lessons. The theoretical lessons cover subjects such as physiology, physics, chemistry,
medicine and biology, whereas the practical lessons will be done in safe and restricted waters, where through a
lot of exercises all the techniques necessary for diving will be taught. The first real diving experiences take
place in enclosed waters, where - in a place that is not the swimming pool - all the exercises
already tested will be carried out again, in order to be able to face the first diving in free waters supported
by the many experiences in the swimming pool and after in the lake. Now you will be ready to enjoy an amazing diving.
The course presentation will be held at the Sporting Center Verdeaqua in L’Aquila on
November 23 2008 at 21,00.
