Il programma, amatoriale e sperimentale, legge i dati delle stazioni APRS WX sia RF sia internet del Nord Italia, ne elabora la media aritmetica armonizzando i valori, ed emette via RF il logo di WX station I2FKC-3, con coordinate che rappresentano il baricentro delle WX stations lette. Nel 'cerchio blu' del logo sono inscritte le lettere N (Normale), A (Attenzione), R (Rischio) e P (Pericolo) indicative di fenomeni  atmosferici di un qualche interesse.

It is a trial APRS application that picks up WX data from both RF and Internet stations located in Northern Italy. Then, I2FKC-3 APRS RF station sends  weather data, which come out from statistical calculation of the collected ones.  Inside the blue circle of the symbol, the letters N (Regular), A (Notice), R (Risk) and P (Hazard) are shown to draw the attention on some weather event, if any.
